Compact units with breakfast.

Quiet and charming accommodation with amiable staff on shift early hours of Sunday morning. The breakfasts by lovely waitress. Marvellous and incredible location to the tower etc, quiet atmosphere. And close enough to park, and shops.

Awesome place with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a game room. The staff helped me with my luggage during my first stay, and I appreciate their quick responses. Highly recommend for a cozy visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The breakfasts are lovely in the hotel, with mushrooms, cheese plus bacon. The location is perfect and excellant, 1 km from The Winter Gardens.

we had a pleasant experience at comfort inn overall, as the location was perfect for the event we attended. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. we appreciated the clean accommodation and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options.

The central location made accessing the theatre and shops easy. The breakfast was delicious, with options to start the day.

Although the room was comfortable, some furnishings felt somewhat dated.

A Warm Family Stay with Friendly Faces

We loved the cute atmosphere! Emma's team were pretty good at breakfast, our kids were entertained. The kids loved Katie's magic tricks. A tip , ask for extra toast-it flows freely!

The large room was great for all of us. Plus, we enjoyed the variety of restaurants nearby. Just a heads-up, the breakfast was pretty basic and could use some improvement.

One downside was the noise level from the next room. We had some restless nights due to rowdy guests.

I loved the spacious rooms! The hotel’s just a short walk to the beach and shops, making it super convenient. The only downside was the noise from karaoke till late. a great stay! 🎤

Many aspects detracted from the experience here. Reports of bed bugs in multiple rooms, including Room 33, raised serious concerns about cleanliness. Poor plumbing caused issues with loud noises and lack of hot water. WiFi availability was hit or miss, with missing passwords on floors. The small, squeaky accommodations led to discomfort, especially with families traveling.

The modern decor was refreshing, giving the hotel a cheerful vibe.

More comfortable seating in the lounge areas.
